Start-up/Emerging
Companies. Scenario: Client is ready to create his
or her own company in pursuit of his or her own entrepreneurial

Privately
Held Companies ($5-$50 Million in Revenue). Scenario:
Client founded, owns or holds a leadership role in a successful

to manage his or her legal affairs, both business and
personal. ALG delivers big firm resources, engages specialists
where appropriate and manages the legal issues so that
the client can focus on growing the business.
Assistant
Corporate Counsel. Example: Client serves as in house
General Counsel to a large fiirm and must engage outside
attorneys in order to perform his or her duties effectively.
