Christopher M. Adishian, Esq., Founder

Christopher M. Adishian, Founder

Founded by entrepreneur and former investment banker Christopher M. Adishian, Adishian Law Group, P.C. provides quality legal representation in three core areas: Corporate [full service transactional and litigation], Real Estate [transactional and litigation] and Employment Law: Executive-Level Wrongful Terminations [plaintiff's side only]. We also offer Arbitration and Mediation services to aid parties open to resolution outside the courtroom.

We are a relationship driven firm.  We work proactively to help our clients achieve their goals, while minimizing their exposure to risk.  Our objective with every client is to earn their confidence, earn their respect and become their most trusted advisor and counselor.

Chris began his career as a tax professional in Arthur Andersen's San Francisco office. Seeking entrepreneurial challenges, he departed Arthur and served as a consultant to
Paymap.com's (formerly Aegis, acquired by First Data) senior management during its start up phase. Following Paymap.com, Chris joined Montgomery Securities' corporate finance real estate and hospitality team where he regularly advised senior management of leading US companies in the hotel ownership, hotel management, timeshare and leisure industries.  Montgomery itself was sold twice by late 1998.  Rather than seek another corporate opportunity, Chris decided it was time to pursue his own visions. He created a distribution company in 1999, founded a financial advisory firm in 2002, added Adishian Law Group in late 2003 and a real estate brokerage in 2007.

Chris has lived in California for over 30 years (over 15 years in the Bay Area).  He is a lifetime member of the
California Alumni Association, a Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) alumnus and a member of the Olympic Club.  He is a past or current member of the San Francisco Bar Association, and the Beverly Hils, Century City, Santa Monica and South Bay Bar Associations within Los Angeles.

Chris graduated with a degree in Mathematical Economics from
U.C. Berkeley with a minor in Business Administration from Haas School of Business.  At
Loyola Law School, he was a Dean's Scholarship Recipient, a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, served as an extern for a Federal District Court Judge (Central District California) and also served as an extern for a California Supreme Court Justice.  He enjoys traveling, basketball, softball, a game of backgammon and sharing time with his family and friends. He regularly donates his time and expertise to charitable organizations throughout the state.
