Payments of Fees and Costs
Our clients generally pay our hourly rate fees via retainers that are funded via check or wire transfer. As we perform services, we generate invoices which are then paid by that client's retainer, and an accounting is delivered to the client.
Payment by Check. Checks for retainers should be made payable to Adishian Law Group, P.C. Trust Account, and mailed to Adishian Law Group, P.C., 222 N. Sepulveda Blvd., Ste. 2000, El Segundo, California 90245.
Payment by Wire. If you would like to pay via wire transfer, we will deliver our bank routing information to you. There is an additional charge for receiving wires.
Consultations. Recognizing that some individuals or corporations may need just a relatively brief consultation with an attorney, we accept payments via PayPal. Paypal (www.paypal.com) is easy to use and allows payments by American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover without setting up a PayPal account. For consultations, please contact us prior to making a payment. Sending a payment to us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Adishian Law Group, P.C. and its lawyers do not represent you until you have signed a retainer agreement with the firm. Until that time, you are solely responsible for any statutes of limitations or other deadlines for your case, potential case, transaction or potential transaction.
